How often will I be paid?
When you access the “Funds Request” tab, you can view the amount you have earned, choose a suitable payment method and then request your payment.
The payment is issued twice a month – from the 1st till 5th and from the 15th till 20th. During any of these 5 days, which are called the payment period, you can request your payment, choose a suitable payment method and the payment will be approved for you, within the same period. -
How do I receive my payment?
The money is transferred, to your account, with the help of the following payment methods: PayPal™, and Wire Transfer. You can choose the method that is most convenient for you, and withdraw money anywhere in the world.

What is writer’s rating? How is it calculated?
Writer’s rating system is designed to ensure transparent competition among our writers; to help customers make the right choice of writer for their orders; and to constantly encourage our writers to do their best on every order. The rating of every writer is calculated automatically, based on the votes of every customer who worked with this writer in the past, and rated this writer’s level of cooperation towards the completion of the order. Next to the rating of a particular writer you will be also able to see his number of completed orders, up to this point, which will give you a better idea of how many customers would have rated this writer by now.

Are there any bonuses or awards?
There are no bonuses, but there is a flexible system of awards. The awards system is established to distinguish those writers, who are able to work productively and, at the same time, maintain the best quality for every single paper they produce. There are currently two types of awards. Triple Ten is granted to the writer who completes 10 orders, within the period of 10 days, and receives the maximum rating for all of them (10 out of 10). Nine Plus, is granted to the writer who has completed more than 5 orders and currently holds a rating of 9.0, or higher.

What bid should I place for the order?
It is up to you to determine your bid. When applying for the order, you will have to state your bid per page. The only limitation is the minimum price you can set; it depends on the order deadline. Remember that the customer will see a higher bid, than you placed, since there is a service commission. After you have applied, you are able to remove, or update, your bid.

What to do after I have placed a bid?
Immediately after placing your bid, be sure to write an introduction (not more than one page) to the customer (the customer sees what you write in on-line mode). This introduction is a hook for the customer, from your side. If you ignore this rule, and leave an empty space, your bid will be automatically deleted in an hour.
There is also a chat window you can use, to chat with a customer. You are supposed to communicate on any questions/suggestions, which arise during the process of writing. If a customer writes you a chat message, while you are off-line, you will receive an email notification. If a customer writes you a chat message, and you are on another page of the web-site, you will see a small message icon blinking beside “My Orders”.

How do I know that the order is assigned to me?
After the order is assigned to a definite writer, it disappears from the list of “Available Orders” and moves to “My Orders” section. You also receive an email notification, after the order is assigned to you.

How do I follow the correct format (APA, MLA)?
In the order instructions, you will see the paper format the customer has requested. All you need to do is to correctly indent reference page, and follow the right format of each entry. When the customer extracts the paper in doc. of pdf version, the system automatically adds a title page, headers and needed margins (according to the requested format).

What should I do to rate the customer?
After the paper is finished and approved, each of you, the customer and writer, have a chance to rate each other. You should choose the rating from 1, being the worst, to 10, being the best, and write some comments. All comments and ratings are visible, to other writers/customers, on the “Latest Orders” page. When applying for the order, you can click on customer’s id and see his profile, with all completed orders, and what other writers have written about this customer. The same procedure applies to the writers.

Is there Support Team interaction?
There is no functioning Support Team on this service. Therefore, nobody can interfere in customer-writer communication. However, there is the Writers Department ready to assist you with any questions in regards to a particular order, or in general. Do not hesitate to report your feedback regarding user friendliness of the web-site, or if you encounter any system bugs.
